This highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Central London is well known for its work in the construction and wider real estate sector, working closely with an array of clients on projects from inception to completion.

The team acts for developers, contractors, sub-contractors, construction professionals and funders. Its clients come from across the construction sector, ranging from social housing to energy.

This role will see you manage a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious construction matters.

Non-contentious construction work will include:

  • JCT contracts
  • Joint ventures
  • Developments
  • Forward funding 

Contentious construction work will include:

  • Delay/disruption claims
  • Negligence
  • Project disputes

You will be working closely with the firm’s construction partners and other senior lawyers, giving you the opportunity to learn and develop your skills and experience whilst working on a varied and challenging caseload.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have at least 4 years' post qualification experience in both contentious and non-contentious construction gained within a leading Central London or Regional firm.
