London | £100,000 + bonus + full benefits | Hybrid | Long-term progression trackYou’ll advise on the UK’s most ambitious regeneration and development projects, working directly with decision-makers in the public and private sectors. From high-value residential schemes to social infrastructure projects, you’ll play a leading role in structuring deals, negotiating construction contracts (JCT, NEC), and advising on procurement strategy, joint ventures, and development frameworks.What You’ll Do
  • Act for local authorities, private developers, and housing associations on major development and regeneration schemes.
  • Draft and negotiate construction documentation including building contracts, appointments, collateral warranties, and performance guarantees.
  • Advise on procurement strategy, including alliancing models, JV structuring, and off-site construction.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-practice teams across real estate, projects, and public law.
  • Contribute to precedent development, internal know-how, and junior mentoring.
What You’ll Need
  • 4+ years’ post-qualification experience in non-contentious construction law.
  • Strong experience with JCT and/or NEC contracts, ideally with both residential and infrastructure clients.
  • Solid understanding of procurement models and risk allocation.
  • A practical, collaborative approach and confidence managing client relationships directly.
  • Ability to manage and supervise junior solicitors in the team
