The role involves primarily non-contentious construction work, with an emphasis on collaboration within a highly ranked Education team.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in construction law, either contentious or non-contentious.
The position offers a competitive salary of up to £97,000, along with excellent benefits and a profit-share scheme.

I'm working with a national Top 200 firm that continues to grow its Construction & Projects practice, and they’re on the lookout for a Senior Associate to join their tight-knit and collegiate team in London (or any of their regional offices)This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a role with immediate responsibility, working closely with the highly ranked Education team (Tier 1 in Legal 500), as well as clients across the Charity and Business Sectors. You’ll be involved primarily in non-contentious construction, but those with a mixed practice (including contentious) are welcome to apply.Why this team?

A qualified solicitor or barrister with 3+ years experience in non-contentious (and/or contentious) construction work
Someone who enjoys working autonomously but thrives in a collaborative culture
Interest or experience in education, charity or public sector projects a bonus
Appetite to contribute to BD and mentoring junior lawyers
