Conveyancing Executive

London, NW11

£40,000 + Pension

An experienced Conveyancing Executive is required to join a highly successful firm of Solicitors and take control of the residential conveyancing side of the business.

Some of your duties will include:

- Managing a portfolio of conveyancing cases from instigation stage to completion

- Administering the sale or purchase of freehold and leasehold residential properties

- Conducting title checks, reviewing legal documents and identifying any potential issues

- Drafting and reviewing contracts, lease agreements and other property documents

- Corresponding with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other third parties

- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements including AML
