- Manage a caseload of residential property matters from inception to completion
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing them with timely and accurate advice
- Handle complex and high-value transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents
- Supervise and mentor junior members of the teamRequirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years' experience in Residential Property matters
- Experience in managing a busy caseload of high net worth clients
- Strong technical skills and experience in handling complex transactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
