I’m working with a Top 100 UK national law firm that’s highly regarded for its work with mission-driven clients across the charity, education, faith, business, and private client sectors. They’re looking for a Senior Associate (4+ PQE) to join their Corporate & Commercial team on a full-time, permanent basis, with a high degree of flexibility, a healthy work/life balance, and real room to contribute strategically to the business.What makes this role different?

Work includes:
  • Acquisitions, mergers, restructurings, joint ventures
  • General corporate advisory work and commercial contracts
  • Lending, finance, and securities arrangements
  • Structuring businesses and partnerships (LLPs, LPs, and more)
  • Shareholder agreements, investment rounds, and governance
  • Commercial negotiations and risk management
Who they’re looking for:
  • 4+ PQE Solicitor with a background in corporate and/or banking & finance law
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload
  • Someone who enjoys working closely with clients and junior team members
  • An interest in supporting purpose-driven organisations (prior charity/social enterprise experience welcome but not essential)
