- 4+ PQE Solicitor with a background in corporate and/or banking & finance law
- Strong technical skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload
- Someone who enjoys working closely with clients and junior team members
- An interest in supporting purpose-driven organisations (prior charity/social enterprise experience welcome but not essential)
