The Corporate Solicitor's roleYou'll be advising a diverse portfolio of clients including entrepreneurs, SMEs, investment firms, and HNW individuals on a broad spectrum of transactional work. This includes private M&A, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, corporate structuring, and potentially private equity matters.
The firm has a solid foundation of corporate work and is looking for a Corporate Solicitor to both support existing transactions and play an active role in growing client relationships and cross-referrals across departments.
The Corporate Solicitor- 5-10 years' PQE with demonstrable corporate transactional experience
- Background in a well-regarded corporate team (City/West End/top-tier regional)
- Commercial and client-centric approach
- Desire to develop a practice with support from senior leadership
- A following is not required, but the ability to win work is important
- Salary: £95,000 - £120,000
