An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join a Top 50 law firm in London at Senior Associate level.
This is a growing team that is looking for a Corporate Solicitor 5+ years PQE to undertake a range of work, including M&A, corporate advisory, venture capital and private equity. There is also a significant amount of international work undertaken by the team.
You will ideally be a 5-10 PQE solicitor with strong, broad corporate experience including M&A. This is likely to have been gained at another large London firm or corporate boutique, or you may be at a leading regional practice looking to break into the London market.
You’ll be joining an established team working on a range of challenging corporate matters across an array of industries, including international deals. You’ll receive a competitive salary and benefits package along with excellent long term career prospects.
