Are you a 1 – 3-year PQE Crime Solicitor seeking a new challenge with a leading Private Practice Firm?Our esteemed Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners ranked client, is in search of a Crime Solicitor, able will showcase a strong grasp of criminal law procedures and regulations, coupled with proven experience in independently managing a caseload of criminal matters.   • Theft
  • Assault
  • Drug offenses
  • Other Criminal offenses
What will be expected from you?
  • Undertake research, analysing case laws, and preparing arguments to support clients cases
  • Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
  • To provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients at every stage of the criminal justice process
  • Representing clients in Magistrates’ Court proceedings
  • Effectively prepare and present cases in court to secure the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration by liaising with clients, barristers, and other professionals involved in cases.
  • Maintain accurate and updated case records and documentation
