- Representing clients involved in high-profile protest cases and general crime matters.
- Engaging in advocacy at Magistrates, Crown, and Appellate Courts.
- Assisting and managing cases involving human rights and protest-related legal issues.
- Developing case strategies, conducting legal research, and preparing documentation.
- Collaborating closely with senior team members for support and guidance.
- Attending police stations and providing immediate representation and advice.
- Qualified solicitor with 0-3 years’ PQE.
- Previous experience in criminal defence, with protest experience being advantageous.
- Police station accreditation or duty solicitor status preferred.
- Demonstrable advocacy experience or a keen interest in developing strong advocacy skills.
