The team advises on all aspects of respondent matters, with a good sprinkling of HNW claimant work too and is ably supported by the firm’s corporate and commercial teams.
You should have experience in, but not limited:
- Dismissals
- Restructuring and redundancy
- SME corporate sales & TUPE
- Employment litigation (not essential)
- Discrimination issues
- Settlement agreements
- Covenants and contracts
