  • Providing comprehensive employment law advice to both corporate clients and individuals, with a strong emphasis on contentious matters.
  • Representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings involving whistleblowing, discrimination, harassment, and unfair dismissal claims.
  • Advising on the enforcement of post-termination restrictions and issues related to team moves.
  • Supporting clients through negotiated exits, including settlement agreement advice.
  • Conducting independent workplace investigations on behalf of employers.

The Ideal Candidate

  • At least two years' post-qualification experience in a reputable employment practice.
  • Qualified solicitor admitted to practise in England and Wales.
  • Demonstrable experience of active business development and client relationship management.
  • Experience of acting for individuals in workplace disputes.
