The group regularly advises senior executives, partners, and directors on post-termination restrictions and internal investigations, offering strategic guidance tailored to high-stakes scenarios. The team is also recognized for its thoughtful and effective handling of cases involving mental health in the workplace, demonstrating a well-rounded and compassionate approach to employment law.Key Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive employment law advice to both corporate clients and individuals, with a strong emphasis on contentious matters.
- Representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings involving whistleblowing, discrimination, harassment, and unfair dismissal claims.
- Advising on the enforcement of post-termination restrictions and issues related to team moves.
- Supporting clients through negotiated exits, including settlement agreement advice.
- Conducting independent workplace investigations on behalf of employers.
The Ideal Candidate
- At least two years' post-qualification experience in a reputable employment practice.
- Qualified solicitor admitted to practise in England and Wales.
- Demonstrable experience of active business development and client relationship management.
- Experience of acting for individuals in workplace disputes.
