JOB REF: 215300720THE ROLE:This award-winning firm is seeking an Employment Lawyer to manage a diverse caseload of both contentious and non-contentious matters for high-profile commercial clients. You will oversee complex, often high-value employment cases across a variety of sectors. Joining a dynamic and fast-growing team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with the partner and colleagues, playing a key role in the continued expansion and success of the practice.THE CANDIDATE:The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' PQE, gained at a well-regarded firm, with strong technical expertise and a solid understanding of employment law. You should have experience leading Employment Tribunal matters, along with advising on restrictive covenant disputes and team moves. A proven ability to build and maintain a network of client contacts and referral sources is highly desirable.You should demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service, with a proven ability to build lasting relationships, enhance client retention, and generate referrals to drive practice growth.
