A prestigious UK law firm is seeking a talented Employment Solicitor to join its thriving London office. The Role:
You’ll be involved in a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work for a diverse client base—from start-ups to listed companies. The role also includes corporate support and outsourcing work, offering excellent exposure to cross-practice collaboration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising on a wide range of employment law matters
- Leading Employment Tribunal cases with minimal supervision
- Delivering training to clients and contributing to business development
- Supporting junior lawyers and contributing to team growth
The Team:
You’ll be joining a collaborative and ambitious employment team in London that is part of a wider national group. The team is known for its technical excellence and commercial insight and benefits from regular training, sector-focused away days and strong internal support.
About You:
You will have:
- At least 2 years’ PQE in employment law from a reputable firm
- Strong technical knowledge and drafting skills
- Excellent client-facing and advocacy skills
- A proactive, team-oriented approach
- Experience in restrictive covenant disputes and team movesÂ
