With a strong commitment to delivering practical, business-focused legal advice, they serve a wide range of private clients and are supported by a team of highly experienced solicitors and barristers. Their approach is built on clear communication, expert representation, and a flexible working ethos.

They are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Regulatory Solicitor to work on a freelance, fully remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in criminal law and procedure, particularly within magistrates’ and crown court matters, and will demonstrate a client-focused, ethical approach to legal services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice on a range of client matters

  • Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients

  • Represent clients in court or instruct counsel as needed

  • Conduct thorough legal research and case preparation

  • Maintain accurate records and manage case files efficiently

  • Stay up to date on legislation and relevant case law

  • Attend client interviews when required

  • Work collaboratively with other legal professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate
