Description
The Interim Privacy Counsel will be responsible for:
- Advising on privacy and data protection laws and regulations.
- Developing and implementing company policies and procedures on privacy and data protection.
- Advising on privacy elements of commercial contracts.
- Act as an escalation point for privacy queries.
- Provide advise on privacy relating to product.
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR and other relevant laws.
- Keeping up to date with changes in privacy legislation in the Technology industry.
Profile
A successful 'Interim Privacy Counsel' should be:
- A qualified solicitor on the Roll of Solicitors in England & Wales.
- A strong knowledge of privacy and data protection laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
- c6+ years PQE of Privacy experience
- Immediately available.
