My client is a reputable and dynamic law firm in South West London, currently on the lookout for a junior conveyancer/ conveyancing solicitor to join their team.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist senior conveyancers with the preparation and review of property documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documents.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, and other professionals.
  • Conduct property searches and handle land registry procedures.
  • Manage case files and maintain accurate records.
  • Keep clients informed of progress and timelines throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Assist with the completion of property transactions, including post-completion work.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and uphold the firm's standards.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Conveyancing Solicitor/ Licensed Conveyancer with 1 years' PQE
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive, enthusiastic approach with the ability to work well in a team.
  • A genuine interest in property law and conveyancing.
