Legal Executive - Family Law

Location- London - Hybrid

This role focuses on delivering accurate and timely advice and representation across a wide range of family law matters, including managing the disclosure of police information in public and private law family proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver accurate and timely legal advice in family law matters.
  • Manage the disclosure of police information in family proceedings.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge in various case types.
  • Manage your own caseload effectively.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualified as a CILEX Chartered Legal Executive (Fellow).
  • Ability to handle complex workloads and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to provide clear and effective written and oral advice.
  • Proficiency in conducting legal research using databases and applying findings appropriately.
  • Experience in Family Court proceedings.
  • Resilience in a busy and pressurised environment, meeting tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
