he Firm
Our client, a Top 20 International law firm are seeking a Legal PA to join their team on a 12-month FTC.

The Opportunity

The successful Legal PA will provide Partners with effective, pro-active, professional and high quality support. You must demonstrate exceptional organisational skills and an ability to use your initiative at all times. This role supports a busy Finance Group within the firm. Duties to include:

  • Diary and email management
  • Typing and drafting client correspondence
  • Arranging travel
  • Proof reading
  • Opening files, archiving and filing electronically and paper-based documents
  • Coordinating the billing process on behalf of the Partners
  • Assisting across practice groups

This Legal PA role is a full time, fixed term contract role, working Monday - Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm

Requirements

  • Extensive Legal PA/Secretarial experience at Partner level within a law firm
  • Strong prioritisation skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
