Our client, a world-leading international law firm, recognised for delivering exceptional corporate advice to clients globally are seeking a Legal PA to join their City of London office.
The Opportunity
The successful Legal PA will provide dedicated support to 2 Partners within a Corporate Team. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside some of the most respected professionals in the field, managing a broad range of responsibilities and playing a key role in ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality service to clients. You will build strong relationships, demonstrate initiative, and operate with the highest level of discretion in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Duties to include:
- Document management, billing, and coordination of marketing and pitch materials
- Manage diaries, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
- First point of contact for Partners, managing inboxes, calls, and client communications
- Attend meetings to take minutes and follow up on action points
- Support business development initiatives and coordinate events
This Legal PA position is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9:30am -5:30pm
Requirements
- Previous Legal PA / Executive Assistant experience within a law firm
- Experience supporting Corporate Partners within a law firm (essential)
