Excellent opportunity for a Locum Employment Solicitor to join a highly reputable firm in London on a remote working basis, starting ASAP for 1 month in duration.The OpportunityOur client, a well-established, highly regarded firm with an excellent reputation in the area, are seeking an Employment Locum Solicitor to cover a busy caseload starting ASAP. The firm requires the Employment Locum to join them for 1 month initially, with potential to extend beyond this point.The firm wish for the locum to work part time hours, circa 3 days per week, and are offering flexibility on how the hours are completed in relation to working pattern. This role can be completed on a remote working basis, after the first day in the office to complete inductions.ResponsibilitiesThe Locum would be responsible for a mixed caseload employment matters to include:
- Settlement agreements
- Contracts of employment
- Disciplinaries
- Wrongful and unfair dismissal
- Redundancy and restructuring
- TUPE transfer advice
The caseload is made up primarily of non-contentious matters, with a small amount of contentious employment work requiring assistance. Benefits
