Are you a New Build specialist looking to take the next step in your career? A leading national law firm is expanding its London office and is seeking experiencedNew Build Lawyers (3+ PQE) to join their growing team.

Your new role

As part of a strategic build-out of the firm's New Build offering in London, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established national practice with a strong reputation in residential development. You'll work closely with major housebuilders, developers, and housing associations on a broad range of high-quality New Build matters.

  • Managing a caseload of New Build transactions from instruction to completion
  • Acting for national and regional developers on plot sales and site set-ups
  • Advising on shared ownership, Help to Buy, and leasehold schemes
  • Supporting junior team members and contributing to business development

What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 3+ years' PQE in residential property, ideally with a focus on New Build (guidelines only).
  • Strong technical knowledge and a commercial approach
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Ambition to be part of a growing and collaborative team
