An established property-specialist law firm based in East London is seeking a motivated NQ Solicitor to join their expanding team. This is a great opportunity for a NQ Solicitor or junior lawyer (0-1 year PQE) to develop their career within a dynamic and busy Property department, working across a range of residential and commercial transactions.

The NQ Solicitor's role

The appointed NQ Solicitor will support and manage a varied caseload under supervision, including residential sales and purchases, leasehold matters, landlord and tenant issues, and potentially light-touch commercial property instructions as experience develops.

You will assist senior colleagues with more complex cases, attend client meetings, draft legal documents, and liaise with agents and third parties throughout the transaction process. The position provides hands-on experience and clear development pathways for those seeking to specialise in property law.

The NQ Solicitor
  • Recently qualified or up to 1 year PQE as a NQ Solicitor
  • Prior experience (including during training contract) within residential or commercial property
  • A genuine interest in property law and client service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Keen to learn and progress in a busy legal environment
  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
