With a well-established private client offering, the firm is now seeking a new partner to take over from a retiring senior leader.

Your new role

You will step into a leadership position within the Private Client team, inheriting a portfolio of high-net-worth clients while also bringing your own network and business. You'll oversee a team comprising a Legal Director, Associate, and Paralegal, all of whom will report directly to you.

Responsibilities

  • Leading on complex matters such as inheritance tax planning, probate, estate administration, and contentious trusts
  • Driving the strategic growth of the Private Client practice
  • Collaborating with colleagues across legal and tax disciplines
  • Mentoring and developing your team
  • Playing a key role in business development and client relationship management

What you'll need to succeed

  • Current experience as a senior solicitor or partner.
  • Significant experience in private client law, particularly with HNW/UHNW clients
  • Strong technical expertise and commercial awareness
  • A proven ability to lead teams and grow a practice
  • A client-focused approach and a collaborative leadership style
  • Qualification as a solicitor in England and Wales.
