The firm's Private Client department is well regarded and Legal 500 ranked, advising on the full spectrum of private client matters including wills, estate and inheritance tax planning, estate administration, trusts, cross-border estates, and mental capacity issues.

With a headcount large enough to provide access to varied, complex work while retaining a collaborative and approachable culture, the firm offers both quality and work-life balance.

Vacancy

Our client is seeking a Private Client Solicitor (Senior Associate) with 6+ years' PQE to join their busy and growing Private Client department in South West London.

The role will involve advising a diverse client base including high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, and trustees, often with cross-border considerations. The work will include wills, estate planning, trusts, probate, tax matters, and mental capacity work.

Candidates with experience in mental capacity issues, business succession planning, or cross-border estates are particularly encouraged to apply. The firm is also supportive of STEP and tax-related qualifications such as ATT.

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 6+ years' PQE
  • Experience gained from a leading, Legal 500 ranked Private Client team
  • Strong technical skills and ability to manage a varied caseload
  • Desire to contribute to business development and client relationship building
