Private Funds Associate 1-4 PQE

Dedicated support to a major client of the practice. Acting as lead associate on day to day and ad hoc tasks.
Providing international guidance on regulatory matters affecting private fund.
Working closely with the partners to supervise the wider team of paralegals.
Drafting and negotiation of legal documents
Collaborating with Senior knowledge lawyer to deliver multi-jurisdictional marketing advice
