A leading national law firm is seeking a talented Procurement Solicitor to join their highly regarded Procurement and team. This is an excellent opportunity to advise on a range of complex, high-value procurement and outsourcing matters, including major IT projects, infrastructure developments, and public sector initiatives.  The TeamThe procurement specialists within the firm’s wider Corporate & Commercial team are recognised for delivering strategic, practical advice to clients across sectors such as energy, health, infrastructure, education, and technology. The team regularly supports major public and private sector bodies through all stages of procurement and outsourcing processes, including some of the most innovative IT and technology-driven projects in the market.  The RoleYou will work closely with clients on a broad variety of procurement matters, including:
  • Advising on all stages of public and utilities procurement processes
  • Supporting major outsourcing arrangements, including IT outsourcing projects
  • Advising on procurement structuring, compliance, and exemptions
  • Drafting and negotiating tender documentation and commercial contracts
  • Managing procurement challenges, disputes, and strategic risk assessments
  • Working alongside commercial, infrastructure, and technology teams on complex, cross-sector transactions
You will be part of a close-knit and supportive team, with direct access to Partners and senior lawyers who are leaders in this space.  About YouApplications are welcomed from candidates who:  
  • Are qualified Solicitors (England & Wales) ideally with 1–5 years’ PQE (other levels considered)
  • Have experience in public procurement law, outsourcing projects, or complex commercial contracts
