The team is known for its practical and cost-effective approach, offering clear, concise advice on complex property issues.Work will include disputes relating to:
- Contracts for the transfer and development of land
- Party wall matters
- Rights of way and rights of light
- Restrictive covenants
- Neighbour and boundary disputes
The firm is also proactive in helping clients avoid disputes wherever possible, offering preventative advice alongside robust litigation support.The ideal candidate will:
- Be a trainee solicitor/newly qualified solicitor with strong training experience in property litigation
