A highly regarded boutique law firm based in London is seeking an experienced Property Solicitor with 10+ years' PQE to join their growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned legal professional to work with high-value transactions, complex property matters, and a varied client base including developers, investors, and private clients.
The successful Property Solicitor will demonstrate a strong track record in handling both commercial and residential property transactions, from acquisition and disposal to refinancing and development agreements. You will be working alongside other senior lawyers in a supportive, collaborative environment that values quality of service and commercial awareness.
The Property Solicitor's role
The role will involve managing your own caseload of complex property matters, often with minimal supervision, and providing strategic advice to clients. You will draft and negotiate contracts, oversee due diligence, and manage transactions from instruction to completion. There will also be opportunities to contribute to business development and mentor junior members of the team.
The Property Solicitor
Qualified Solicitor with at least 10 years' PQE in property law.
Extensive experience in both commercial and residential property transactions.
Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
Excellent client care and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong academic background and familiarity with industry-relevant IT systems.
