An established legal practice based in London is seeking a skilled Property Solicitor to join their expanding team. With a strong reputation in the market and a solid pipeline of work, this is an excellent opportunity for a Property Solicitor looking to take the next step in their legal career. This role would suit a motivated and commercially-minded Property Solicitor with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience, keen to develop within a supportive and progressive environment.

The successful Property Solicitor will be joining a practice known for delivering practical and strategic legal advice to a diverse portfolio of clients, including developers, investors, landlords, and high-net-worth individuals. This is a full-time, office-based role in London, offering exposure to a variety of commercial and residential property matters.

The Property Solicitor's role

The Property Solicitor will be responsible for managing their own caseload of both residential and commercial property transactions. Typical matters will include acquisitions, disposals, lease negotiations, refinancing, and landlord and tenant matters. Strong drafting skills and experience in handling transactions from instruction to post-completion are essential.

The Property Solicitor will work closely with other solicitors and support staff across the firm, ensuring all matters are progressed efficiently and in line with client expectations. There will also be opportunities to support business development efforts and maintain strong client relationships.

The Property Solicitor
  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years' PQE

  • Proven experience in both residential and commercial property law

  • Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process, landlord & tenant matters, and leasehold/freehold transactions

  • Excellent communication and client management skills

  • Able to manage a varied caseload independently with minimal supervision
