Real Estate Finance Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE sought for Top 20 International law firm.
The Opportunity
Our client, a Top 20 International law firm, is looking to make a Senior Associate growth hire into their market leading, L500 ranked Property Finance team.
The role would see you working with borrowers and lenders on various transactions including mezzanine financing, securitizations and senior debt.
As a Senior Associate, you would have the opportunity to take lead on transactions, leading junior team members. You would also have the opportunity to work closely with a number of market leading, recognised partners.
The firms' strong international network means they regularly deliver large, complex, cross-border financings including bilateral and syndicated transactions.
The team currently act for numerous prominent banks (both domestic and international) as well as alternative institutional lenders, on high-value projects and investments.

Requirements
- 5+ years' PQE gained in from a reputable firm, with several of these years spent in a L500 ranked Property Finance team
