For more information or to apply for this role contact Gemma on .Job Title: Regulatory AdvocatePQE: 3+Location: LondonSalary: £65-75K DOEThe Role:This is an exciting role for an accomplished Advocate with specific experience in healthcare regulatory matters and fitness to practice. The main focus for this role is to present cases for hearings including interim order applications and reviews, contested hearings and subject to your rights of audience, applications for interim order extensions in the High Court. In addition, you will be responsible for the content of hearing documentation, including skeleton arguments, opening notes, etc.The Candidate:The successful candidate will be a qualified advocate with a minimum of a year’s experience of carrying out contested and uncontested hearings in a regulatory / fitness to practise context.
