This is a great interim opportunity while the team recruits for a permanent hire.The Role: What to Expect

Provide advice and representation to professionals navigating regulatory investigations or disciplinary proceedings
Manage a broad caseload involving healthcare-related regulation and professional conduct issues
Draft legal documents, communicate with stakeholders, and provide practical, accurate legal advice
Opportunity to advocate at hearings and meetings throughout the regulatory process, if that aligns with your strengths and interests

What We’re Looking For:

A qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with at least 5 years' experience in regulatory or professional discipline law
Experience within the healthcare regulatory space is highly desirable
Open to applications from foreign-qualified solicitors with demonstrable UK experience
A solid understanding of relevant legal frameworks and governing bodies in healthcare
Strong communication skills and the ability to produce clear, focused legal documentation

What’s on Offer:

Hourly rate: £30–£38 per hour, depending on experience
Hybrid working model – typically 2 days per week in the London office
