An opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer within a successful ranked law firm in London in its busy Residential Conveyancing team. 

You will join a collegiate team who all are driven to achieve the best for its clients. 

The work is a full range of Residential Conveyancing, with a focus is on HNW properties in their local area with typical property values above £1 million. 

You will be handling: 

• Freehold and leasehold 
• Sales and purchases
• Transfer of equity

About You:  

• Have 7+ years of PQE as a solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
• Be able to manage your own caseload 
• Be driven to provide a quality level of work and service to clients
