My client is a top 200 law firm, currently looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor looking to join their forward-thinking, client-focused legal team. About the Role: You will manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including:
  • Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
  • Transfers of equity and remortgages
  • Shared ownership and new build transactions
  • Liaising with clients, agents, and other solicitors to ensure smooth and timely completions
About You:
  • Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 3 years of residential property experience
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage files independently
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Proficient with case management systems and digital conveyancing tools
