- Providing expert legal advice on residential conveyancing matters, including acquisitions, disposals, lease extensions, and variation of restrictive covenants.
- Handling residential development plot sales and advising clients on all related aspects of the transaction.
- Supporting residential transactions and ensuring legal compliance in a variety of development projects.
- Working with clients to navigate the complexities of residential development, including negotiations and drafting documents.
- Using case management systems for the effective management of cases and accurate time recording.
- Experience in dealing with new developments and plot sales.
- A background in advising on local authority land dealings (although this is not essential).
- A private practice background is also welcomed for the right candidate.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in case management systems and time recording tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a varied caseload.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
- Good organisational skills and a proactive approach to workload management.
- Part-time role (2 days per week in the office).
