- Leading and developing the firm’s residential property department.
- Managing a caseload of high-value residential transactions, including sales, purchases, lease extensions, and enfranchisement matters.
- Advising HNWIs, investors, and developers on complex property matters.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships and generating new business.
- Mentoring and supervising junior solicitors and support staff.
- Working closely with other partners to drive firm-wide growth and innovation.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including AML and CQS standards.
- Qualified Solicitor with 5+ PQE in residential property.
- Strong technical expertise in high-value and complex property transactions.
- Proven track record of business development and client relationship management.
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial awareness.
- A strong network of contacts within the London property market
