My client is a leading law firm seeking a talented Residential Property Solicitor to join their dynamic team.- Become an integral part of a growing, collaborative team- Enjoy a high degree of autonomy and the chance to contribute to business development- Make a meaningful impact on the lives of their diverse clientelePreferred Requirements:

  • Expertise in handling leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, including off-plan and new builds, auction sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and equity release
  • Experience in working with high-net-worth individuals and prime property
  • Proficiency in drafting additional enquiries, amendments to contracts, transfers, and supplemental documents
  • Proven ability to liaise with estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other third parties throughout transactions
  • Familiarity with matters relating to voluntary and statutory lease extensions, as well as transfers following death and relationship breakdowns
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Qualified Residential Property Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities to manage your own files and support junior team members
