- Manage a full and varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new builds, and shared ownership.
- Prepare and review contracts, title documents, and reports on title.
- Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including AML, SRA Code of Conduct, and internal policies.
- Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients while maintaining a high level of client care.
- Assist with business development initiatives and maintaining strong relationships with referrers and repeat clients.
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
- Proven ability to handle matters with minimal supervision.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office.
- A proactive, client-focused attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
