An excellent opportunity has arisen to join this leading law firm based in the heart of South West London.
You will be working within the successful Residential Property Team and will be responsible for managing your own caseload.
Duties as follows:
- To manage all residential property transactions from initial instruction through to post completion matters
- To actively develop your client base through networking and marketing initiatives
- To liaise with and update a diverse portfolio of clients on their respective property transactions
- To ensure compliance is adhered to in terms of Solicitor's Accounts Regulations
- To manage a Property Paralegal ensuring all administrative tasks are completed in a timely fashion.
- To meet and exceed given billing targets
My client is ideally looking for a Residential Property Solicitor with 2 to 3 years PQE.
