This new role is in the London office of a Legal 500 regional law firm. The firm is a multi service law firm covering property, family, employment, corporate, commercial, and litigation. Their main office is in the home counties, with another office in Central London that they aim to grow over the coming years.
About the role
My client is looking for a mid-level qualified residential solicitor or Conveyancer to add to the team due to high demand for their residential property services. The successful candidate will work in the firm's London office on a hybrid basis and assist in its growth. For this position, candidates must have good experience dealing with a mixed caseload of residential files, including sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfer of equity.
The successful candidate will receive full encouragement to develop their own reputation and build up their following of clients, as the Partners assist junior solicitors with business development plans.
Requirements:
- 3PQE+ at an English law firm.
- Ability to run a caseload of a variety of residential property files.
- Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
- Have an ambitious and hard working attitude to work.
