My client, a Top-tier law firm are looking for a talented Restructuring Associate with at least three years’ post-qualification experience to join their growing team in London. Restructuring - Insolvency - 3+ years PQE - London - Salary up to £130,000This role offers exposure to high-value and often high-profile restructuring and insolvency work, both in the UK and internationally.What You’ll Do

Advise insolvency practitioners, financial institutions, funds, company directors and other stakeholders on contentious restructuring and insolvency matters.
Handle claims arising from insolvency, including antecedent transactions, asset recovery and cross-border disputes.
Work on complex restructuring projects, often involving multiple jurisdictions.
Build lasting client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
Get involved in business development and pitching opportunities.

The restructuring practice is nationally recognised for its work on complex restructurings and insolvency litigation, and are frequently engaged on time-critical matters that require innovative, commercial solutions. What We’re Looking For

A qualified lawyer with 3+ years’ PQE in restructuring/insolvency, ideally with contentious experience.
Experience gained at a leading City, national, or strong regional firm.
Strong technical ability with a practical, commercial mindset.
A team player with great communication skills and a client-first approach.
An excellent academic background and sound organisational skills.
