Job Title: Senior Associate Property Litigation Solicitor

Location: Central London

Salary: £85,000 open to negotiations

About the Role:

AJ Chambers is working with a well-established firm in Central London who are seeking talented and motivated Property Litigation Solicitors to join their team as a Senior Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with strong experience in real estate disputes who is looking to work in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters for commercial and residential clients
  • Advise on landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture, and service charge issues
  • Act in boundary disputes, rights of way, and adverse possession claims
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, tribunals, and mediations
  • Liaise with clients, counsel, experts, and other professionals
  • Ensure all work complies with current legislation and internal risk procedures
  • Provide high-quality client service and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with a minimum of 6 PQE in property litigation
  • Strong technical knowledge of property law and litigation procedure
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and efficiently
  • A proactive and client-focused approach
