Your new company & roleA leading international law firm is looking for a 5+ PQE lawyer to join their Compliance and Risk team and support with global matters for the firm. The role sits in a small but high-performing and dynamic team, ensuring compliance with professional standards and contractual work.

What you'll need to succeedThe firm is looking for a well-rounded lawyer with corporate and commercial experience. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, while also being able to work independently. You will bring strong contract drafting and negotiation skills (ie. client engagement letters, corporate documents, terms of business, intra-group agreements, consultancy agreements), a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks (particularly the SRA Code of Conduct), and a proactive approach to managing legal risk. The role will support with strategic risk management as well as assist with RfPs and client pitches. International regulatory experience is highly valued alongside an understanding of conflicts of interest and conflict resolution.

Experience may come from either private practice or in-house roles. This role requires someone who is self-motivated, resilient, and capable of building strong relationships across the firm. Excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to balance competing priorities are essential.
