Clients range from individuals to investors and corporations, both in the UK and internationally.Position Overview:This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Associate Solicitor or Partner from 8 years + PQE to join a well-established team advising on a wide range of both Contentious and Non-Contentious Employment Law matters. The role offers scope for progression including partnership.**You will have substantial business development experience along with some client following to expand on**Key responsibilities:
  • Drafting contracts, agreements, policies and procedures
  • Providing corporate support and advising on all employment-related issues connected with mergers, acquisitions, contracting out and the effect of TUPE
  • Advising on the full realm of employment related disputes and problems affecting both employers and employees.
  • Preparation of Tribunal cases and providing representation at the hearing, where appropriate.
  • Playing an active role in departmental and firm-wide business development and marketing initiatives
  • Responsible for creation and development of client relationships
  • Working both as part of the team as well as taking the lead on specific projects and activities

  • Supervision of more junior team members
