Legal Counsel/Senior Legal Counsel - Marketing, Commercial & Data Privacy (Tech Sector)Location: Fully Remote Salary: £85,000 - £100,000 per annum

The Opportunity:

Join a high-growth tech company as a Legal Counsel/Senior Legal Counsel supporting global teams across marketing, commercial, product, and engineering. This is a broad, strategic role for a UK-qualified lawyer with strong commercial, regulatory, and data privacy experience across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and negotiate marketing, vendor, and strategic partnership agreements
  • Advise on advertising, consumer, and online platform laws (UK, EMEA, US, India, Australia)
  • Support product teams with legal input on new features and innovation
  • Manage the company's IP portfolio and advise on fraud-related risks
  • Develop internal compliance frameworks and training materials
  • Provide expert guidance on global data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Handle consumer complaints and support international expansion

About You:

  • UK-qualified solicitor with between 4 to 7 years' PQE+ (law firm and in-house experience ideal)
  • Strong commercial contracts and marketing law expertise
  • In-depth knowledge of advertising regulations and global privacy frameworks
  • Strategic, solutions-focused, and commercially minded
  • Confident advising across jurisdictions and business functions
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable in a fast-paced, innovative environment
