A law firm in London are currently seeking a technically strong and commercially aware Senior Tax Associate with 8+ PQE.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing tax matters end to end - from structuring and advisory work through to deal execution. You will work directly with clients and partners, managing transactions from a tax perspective, providing strategic advisory services, and helping drive value on complex, often cross-border matters.

NB: The firm is open to reviewing CVs from candidates with 7 years' PQE, provided they bring the right transactional background and expertise, such as a couple of years' experience at senior associate level in a top-tier tax practice.
Who are you?

UK-qualified lawyer with 8+ years' PQE in tax law (alternatively, 7 years' PQE with the right mix of transactional experience and depth, particularly at senior associate level).

Proven ability to run matters independently and advise clients with confidence.

Solid experience across transactional tax, structuring, and advisory work.
