Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive - Family & Immigration | Central London | Hybrid | £35,000-£45,000 + Bonus

A dynamic and highly respected City law firm-recognised by the Legal 500-is seeking an ambitious Family and Immigration Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their growing practice. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering hybrid working and a clear path for progression within a modern, client-focused legal environment.

The Role

You'll take on a varied caseload spanning complex family law and UK immigration matters, including divorce, child arrangements, domestic violence, spouse visas, ILR, skilled worker applications, and more. This is a rare chance to work with a team known for their excellent service and high-calibre clientele, while also growing your leadership skills by supervising junior staff and paralegals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage your own client caseload
  • Lead and support a small team of legal assistants/paralegals
  • Develop new business and client relationships
  • Collaborate with finance and management for smooth case progression
  • Meet billing and performance targets

About You:

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with at least 1 year PQE
  • Solid background in both family and immigration law
  • Confident in managing clients and handling complex cases end-to-end
  • Proven ability to supervise junior team members
  • Commercially aware with a client-first mindset
  • A following or existing client base is an advantage

Technical Experience Across:

  • Divorce, finance, child custody, domestic abuse injunctions, surrogacy
  • Immigration matters including visa applications, appeals, asylum, sponsorships, ILR, and naturalisation
  • Judicial reviews and administrative reviews
  • Bonus: Experience in wills and estate planning
