The Opportunity:Â Â

We’re looking for Change & Excellence Managers to work across our Insurance, Reinsurance and Operations divisions. Whether you come from a business background (like Project Lead or Product Owner) or a traditional change role (such as Business Analyst, Change Consultant, Operational Excellence, or Project Manager), these roles offer the chance to grow your expertise and make a real impact.
Your New Role:Â Â

Lead and manage small to medium-sized projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals

Conduct discovery sessions to understand current processes, challenges, and opportunities

Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement and data analysis

Analyse data to identify root causes and assess the impact of proposed changes on financial performance, operations, and customer experience.

Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technology and operational teams

Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for change initiatives through clear communication and collaboration

Implement change processes that support smooth transitions and adoption of new ways of working

Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of innovation within the division
About you:Â Â Â
You’re a curious, analytical thinker who enjoys solving problems and driving meaningful change. You bring a structured approach, a collaborative mindset, and a strong desire to grow your skills in transformation and improvement.
We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:

Experience in a business or change-focused role, such as Project Lead, Product Owner, Business Analyst, Change Consultant, Operational Excellence Specialist, or Project Manager

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and measure the impact of change

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to build trust and translate complex ideas into clear, actionable insights

Project coordination skills, including building and managing plans, tracking progress, and aligning teams

Understanding of change management principles, with a focus on supporting smooth transitions and adoption

Adaptability and a growth mindset, eager to learn, take on new challenges, and develop expertise in change and strategy
