The Opportunity:  

Are you passionate about solving problems, improving processes, and helping teams work smarter? We’re looking for Change & Excellence Managers to work across our Insurance, Reinsurance and Operations divisions. These are fantastic opportunities to contribute to strategic transformation and continuous improvement initiatives while developing a broad and valuable skill set.

Whether you come from a business background (like Project Lead or Product Owner) or a traditional change role (such as Business Analyst, Change Consultant, Operational Excellence, or Project Manager), these roles offer the chance to grow your expertise and make a real impact.

Your New Role:  

• Lead and manage small to medium-sized projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals

• Conduct discovery sessions to understand current processes, challenges, and opportunities

• Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement and data analysis

• Analyse data to identify root causes and assess the impact of proposed changes on financial performance, operations, and customer experience.

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technology and operational teams

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for change initiatives through clear communication and collaboration

• Implement change processes that support smooth transitions and adoption of new ways of working

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of innovation within the division

About you:   

You’re a curious, analytical thinker who enjoys solving problems and driving meaningful change. You bring a structured approach, a collaborative mindset, and a strong desire to grow your skills in transformation and improvement.

We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:

• Experience in a business or change-focused role, such as Project Lead, Product Owner, Business Analyst, Change Consultant, Operational Excellence Specialist, or Project Manager

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and measure the impact of change

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to build trust and translate complex ideas into clear, actionable insights

• Proven ability to gather and document business requirements, running effective discovery sessions and engaging stakeholders

• Project coordination skills, including building and managing plans, tracking progress, and aligning teams

• Understanding of change management principles, with a focus on supporting smooth transitions and adoption

• Problem-solving mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and developing practical, business-focused solutions

• Adaptability and a growth mindset, eager to learn, take on new challenges, and develop expertise in change and strategy
